Meet Dr. Nathani from Zionsville

Dr. Nathani completed her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University in 2019. She is the founder and CEO of Psychology and Beyond, LLC. Dr. Nathani offers individual therapy, psychological assessment, and consulting. Dr. Nathani utilizes an integrated, holistic, and culturally sensitive approach to both assessments and therapy.
Dr. Nathani’s expertise lies in working with adults presenting with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and ADHD. Dr. Nathani has also worked with individuals struggling with self-esteem issues, anxiety, bipolar disorder, international student issues, and minority stress. Dr. Nathani is a bilingual psychologist and has provided individual psychotherapy in both English and Hindi to individuals from diverse backgrounds. Dr. Nathani offers both in-person and telehealth sessions.

We focus on creation of a trusting atmosphere that provides the foundation for successful implementation of interventions.

Fees and Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service using your credit card on file unless otherwise approved, or unless you have insurance coverage that requires another arrangement. Please note that we require a credit card to remain on file. Below is the fee schedule for 2022-2023. If our fees are expected to change, we will provide at least a 60-day notice to you:

60-minute intake: $225

55-minute therapy session (53-60 minutes): $190

45-minute therapy session (38-52 minutes): $160

Parent Coaching, Couples Therapyand Family Therapy (60 minutes): $225

Group Therapy: $100 per person per group

Accepted Insurances: Lyra and Aetna. We offer superbills.

Dr. Nathani's area of specialization includes ADHD testing and psychotherapy.

Evaluation of adults presenting with ADHD symptoms typically requires at least three visits. As well as allowing for a thorough evaluation, the three visits allow us to assess motivation for follow up, persistence of symptoms and dysfunction, and likelihood for alternative diagnoses. The following components of a complete evaluation should be considered during these visits:
