Everyone could benefit therapy at some point in their life. Let’s normalize mental health help-seeking and end the stigma associated with seeking help. Are you feeling “stuck,” unable to find joy in your life? Perhaps you’re dealing with low self-esteem, self-doubt, sleep difficulties, concentration problems, stress, grief, anxiety, emotional imbalance, or unstable relationships? I have some good news – “being stuck” doesn’t have to be your destiny. As your therapist, I want to help you navigate the obstacles impeding your journey so you can move forward.

Whatever your reasons for seeking therapy, I will work with you collaboratively and thoughtfully to meet you where you’re at. Working together, we will identify your goals and develop an individualized approach to therapy that best meets your needs. I conduct therapy from an integrated perspective, meaning I incorporate different approaches and techniques to facilitate the healing process. Some of these approaches and techniques focus on emotional processing, some on cognitive processing, others on relationship patterns, and some on exploration of culture, spirituality, and worldview. I tailor my approach carefully to each of my clients and I welcome feedback to make the process an ideal fit for you.
