Hello! We request your participation in a study exploring expectations about counseling, and how much you feel part of the U.S. and Asian Indian cultures. You will be asked to respond to several questions on these topics. This will take approximately 15 minutes. There are no right or wrong answers for this task; we simply want to get your opinion. Please note this study has been approved by the Ball State University Institutional Review Board (IRB).

Study Title: Expectations about counseling of Asian Indians in the U.S.

To be eligible to participate in this study, you must be 18 years or older, speak and understand English fluently, and identify either as an Asian Indian citizen living in the U.S. or an Asian Indian American. If you are an Indian citizen living in India, you will not be eligible to participate in the study.

There are no foreseeable risks from participating in this study. Your participation is completely voluntary, and your responses are completely anonymous.
If you decide to participate, you will be given an equal opportunity to receive an e-gift card as an incentive to complete this study. One participant will receive a $50 card, two participants will receive a $25 card, and five participants will receive a $10 card.
